Evaluación De Eficiencia En El Sector Público A Través De Modelos De Decisión Multicriterio Discreta
Abstract
The purpose of this presentation is to determine the degree of efficiency of the various
production units of a public entity in charge of the supervision and control of food and agriculture
health and quality.
It is sought to establish an order of alternatives pursuant to various criteria which support the
efficiency and effectiveness of their production. To solve them, we have applied the Analytic
Hierarchic Process (AHP) developed by the Wharton Business School Professor, Thomas Saaty.
The referral to experts in order to define the evaluation criteria and the relative weights has been
performed by application of the Delphi Method.
