Aplicación del MEF en el Análisis Estructural de una Turbina Kaplan

Abstract


The structural analysis of the principal components of a Kaplan
runner is presented. The most representative aspects of the hub and the blades geometry, and the principal load conditions are described. The finite element models for the global analysis are shown. The major stress distribution for different load conditions, and the natural vibration modes, are discused.
Finally, the displacement field is analized with the purpose of
checking the gaps with the stationary components of the group.
