Un Método Aproximado para el Análisis de Flujo Laminar y Transferencia de Calor en Conductos de Sección Normal Complicada

Abstract


An approximate method for the analysis of forced convection in ducts of complicated cross section is presented. The approach is based in the simplification of the geometry of interest and the governing equations.
Then it is possible to determine a simple analytical solution of the momentum equation while the energy equation is solved by means of the Crank-Nicholson method.
