Modelo para Análise de Pórticos de Concreto Armado

Abstract


The subject of this work is to present a model for analysis of reinforced concrete frames according to Timoshenko's Theory. The displacements formulation of the finite element method is used to obtain the equilibrium equations for a quadratic element. Tension stiffening effect is considered by modifing the constitutive equation for longitudinal reinforcement. A bilinear shear-distortion relationship is used. Experimental results, attained by other authors, are employed to test the model.
