Aranha: Gerador de Malhas 2D para Elementos Finitos Triangulares de 3 e 6 Nós

Abstract

A technic used in the development of an automatic mesh
generation program for finite element analysis is presented in this work. This technic allows the generation of 2D grids of linear or quadratic triangular elements.
The applicability for adaptive remeshing is shown and
it's also commented the facilities orovided by the C language in the program implementation. Finally some examples are presented to evaluate the program efficiency
