Special session on 

DISTRIBUTED COMPUTING: HPC, GRID and ACCESS GRID

to be held at 

MECOM 2005  
VIII Argentine Congress on Computational Mechanics  
Buenos Aires, Argentina, November  16-18, 2005

 
The scope of the session covers, among others, 
the following topics of computational mechanics: 

*  large scale computing
*  distributed computing
*  algorithms for parallel computing
*  object oriented programming
*  functional  programming
*  clusters of microprocessors 
*  grid computing
*  access grid

People working on these areas are invited to submit a paper
to this special session, following the general outlines of the 
conference, no later than May 20th, 2005.
