XXXIV IBERO-LATIN AMERICAN CONGRESS ON NUMERICAL METHODS IN ENGINEERING
Pirenópolis, Goiás, Brazil, 10-13 November 2013

I am pleased to announce the 34th Ibero-Latin American Congress on  
Numerical Methods in Engineering – CILAMCE 2013, to be held in  
Pirenópolis, Brazil, on 10-13th November 2013. This is a series of  
annual meetings on computational methods in engineering. At this time  
it is hosted by the Graduate program in Geotechnics, Structures and  
Civil Construction (PPG-GECON) of the Federal University of Goiás (UFG).

Since 1977 the CILAMCE provides a forum for engineers, students,  
researchers and other professionals active in the field of numerical  
methods, coming from Brazil and other countries, to discuss and to  
explore the state-of-the-art of recent applications of computational  
methods in several engineering branches. The meeting will provide a  
further impetus to the cross fertilization of ideas in both areas.

The chairmen of this congress are Prof. Zenon del Prado and Prof.  
Sylvia M. Almeida, from the Federal University of Goiás, Brazil.
