Full information is posted on: www.iacm.info UPCOMING DEADLINE 11th World Congress on Computational Mechanics (WCCM XI) Joint organization with: · 5th European Conference on Computational Methods (ECCM V) · 6th European Conference on Computational Fluid Dynamics (ECFD VI) Date & Location:Barcelona, Spain, 20 – 25 July 2014 On behalf of the WCCM-ECCM-ECFD2014 Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite you to submit an abstract to any of the scheduled Minisymposia through the Congress website. The list of accepted Minisymposia and information about registration and abstract submission can be found at: http://www.wccm-eccm-ecfd2014.org/
Abstracts should outline the main features, results and conclusions as well as their general significance, and contain relevant references. The Abstract can be submitted directly in its final format, following the template available on the website. Authors will have the possibility of replacing the file by an updated version after the acceptance notification. Co-chairmen of WCCM-ECCM-ECFD 2014 ANNOUNCEMENT: COMPSAFE2014 1st International Conference on Computational Engineering and Science for Safety and Environmental Problems (COMPSAFE2014) Date & Location:Sendai International Center in Sendai, Japan, 13 – 16 April 2014 Description:The conference topics are computational mechanics, and computational engineering and science technologies, and their applications related to (1) safety- / risk-related, disaster-preventing topics including various types of natural hazards such as earthquake, tsunami, typhoon / hurricane / cyclone, flood, explosion of volcano, land slide, (2) any kinds of accidents and failures of engineering artifacts such as fractures, crashes, explosion, and (3) environmental and social problems such as air / water pollution, radioactive contamination, global environment problems, evacuation and so on.
