OUR GUEST SPEAKERS:

Dr. Karin Saavedra, Director of the Master Program in Mechanical
Engineering and Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Engineering at
Universidad de Talca. She graduated as Aerospace Engineer from the
Universidad de Concepción in 2008 and received her Master and Doctorate
degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the École Normale Supérieure de
Cachan, France.

Dr. Anna Madra, Assistant Professor at the Department of Pathology of
College of Medicine at The Pennsylvania State University. She received an
M.Sc. Eng. in Materials Science from Poznan University of Technology,
Poland,, an M.Sc. in Mechanics and Mechatronics, a Doctorate in
Computational Mechanics and Materials from Sorbonne Universités CNRS-UTC
Roberval France and a PhD. in Mechanical Engineering from École
Polytechnique de Montréal, QC, Canada.

The event will be moderated by Dr. Marcela Cruchaga, holder of a PhD from
the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña and member of the Department of
Mechanical Engineering - Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
