Vibrações Livres de Estruturas Planas de Barras Sob Tensões. Iniciais Considerando Não-Lineridade Geométrica
Abstract
In this work finite element analyses of plane frame structures are presented. A frame element capable of representing deformed configurations with large rotations is utilized. The analyses consist basically in obtaining the nonlinear static response of the structure for some levels of loading and their correponding mode shapes. Such procedure leads to a direct relation between the natural frequency of the structure and a load parameter, making possible in this way, an evaluation of the critical load and the buckling mode through the zero frequency criterion
