[NotiAMCA] MECOM - CILAMCE - 2010 - Notes for authors

*Registration/Confirmation of Participation*

All authors, speakers, chairs, co-chairs and session organizers must
register and pay the appropriate fee.

Registration fee deadline for abstract inclusion into the Program or
Abstract book is  *October 10, 2010*

Registration fee deadline for full paper inclusion into the CD-Proceedings
is *October 10, 2010*.

If one author by paper has not registered by the *October 10* deadline: the
paper will NOT BE PUBLISHED in the proceedings and the presentation will be
REMOVED from the conference website and on-site printed program





*PAPER PUBLICATION *

A note with the approval of paper publication will be sent by mail after
satisfying the following requirements

-          approval of the paper by the Session/Minisymposia Director,

-          revised the format of the paper,

-          approved the registration,





*NOTES FOR PARTICIPANTS THAT HAVE PAYED BY CREDIT CARD:*

- The payment by credit card takes 22 to 25 days to become effective

- A list of accredited participants up to date will be published in the web
http://www.mecom2010.net/registration-fees

-  The inscription list will be updated every Tuesday.





*NOTES FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS*

The undergraduate student’s fees include attendance at all scientific
sessions and minisymposia, and congress program.

It does not include: presentation/publication of a paper, the congress
banquet, abstracts book, and congress CD with presented works.

Undergraduate students must present at the date of registration a university
student certificate.

Doctoral or Master students must present at the date of registration a
university student certificate.
