Invitación a la Sesión Multifísica, XXIV Congreso sobre
Métodos Numéricos y sus Aplicaciones ENIEF 2019.

Estimado Colega,

Tenemos el agrado de invitarlo a participar como autor en la Sesión
Multifísica en el marco del XXIV Congreso sobre Métodos Numéricos y
sus Aplicaciones ENIEF 2019 (https://enief2019.amcaonline.org.ar), a
realizarse del 5 al 8 de Noviembre de 2019 en la ciudad de Santa Fe,
Argentina.

Dicho Congreso es organizado por el Centro de Investigación de Métodos
Computacionales (CIMEC, UNL-CONICET)y la Asociación Argentina de Mecánica
Computacional (AMCA).

Los trabajos de interés en esta Sesión están relacionados con el desarrollo
y/o análisis de algoritmos y técnicas numéricas, así como también aplicaciones
científicas e industriales que abarcan problemas multifísica, es decir,
problemas en los que se acoplan múltiples campos físicos.

Ejemplos típicos son:

. Interacción Fluido Estructura
. Interacción Eléctrica y Termomecánica
. Problemas de Superficie Libre
. Magneto Hidrodinámica
. Dinámica de Fluidos con reacciones químicas
. Hidro- y Aeroelasticidad

La Sesión se enfoca particularmente en:

(i) aquellas situaciones en las que resulta fundamental la
interacción entre los distintos campos físicos;
(ii) nuevos algoritmos que tratan esta interacción de manera
especial;
(iii) análisis numérico y técnicas de modelado empleadas en
multifísica, entre otras.

Invitation to "Multiphysics" Session at the XXIV Congress on
Numerical Methods and Its Applications ENIEF 2019.

Dear colleague,

We are pleased to invite you to participate as an author in the
Multiphysics Session for the XXIV Congress on Numerical Methods and Its
Applications ENIEF 2019 (https://enief2019.amcaonline.org.ar) to be held
on November 5th-8th, 2019 in the city of Santa Fe, Argentina.

The Congress is organized by the Centro de Investigación de Métodos
Computacionales (CIMEC, UNL-CONICET) and the Argentine Association for
Computational Mechanics (AMCA).

The works of interest in this Session are related to the development and/or
the analysis of algorithms and numerical techniques, as well as scientific
and industrial applications involving multiphysics problems, i.e., problems
where multiple physical fields are coupled.

Typical examples are:

. Fluid-structure interaction    
. Electro and Thermo mechanical interaction
. Free surface problems
. Magneto Hydro-Dynamics
. Fluid Dynamics with chemical reactions
. Hydro- and Aeroelasticity

The Session focuses, particularly, on:

(i) those situations where the interaction between the different
physical fields is fundamental;
(ii) novel algorithms that treat this interaction in a special way;
(iii) numerical analysis and modeling techniques employed in
multiphysics, among others.
