ADAPTOR version 10.1. Installation with gcc and g95
Primero instalar y compilar el MPICH (o el MPI), incluyendo f77 y f90 con el mismo compilador que luego se va a usar en las aplicaciones. Luego, sigue lo siguiente ...
cd /usr/local
mkdir adaptor-10.1-g95
cd adaptor-10.1-g95
tar -zxvf /usr/local/paquetes/adaptor-10.1-install/adp_10.1.tar.gz
cd ..
chgrp -R root adaptor-10.1-g95
chown -R root adaptor-10.1-g95
cd adaptor-10.1-g95
set
# environment variable for PHOME
pwd
/usr/local/adaptor-10.1-g95
export PHOME=/usr/local/adaptor-10.1-g95 ; echo $PHOME

# a) Intel compiler:
FC_FREE=-free
FC_EXTEND=-extend-source
LD_FLAGS=
# b) g95 compiler:
# find the gcc library with the "gcc -v" command. Typical output:
# Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc/i386-redhat-linux/3.4.2/specs
# Thread model: posix
# gcc version 3.4.2 20041017 (Red Hat 3.4.2-6.fc3)
