This work briefly describes the evolution and successive transformations that shaped the curricular pathway aimed at integrating the development of computational skills and competencies within the Physics Degree Program at the National University of Rosario. It then presents the curricular design of the elective course “Computational Physics”, offered in the final year of the program, which completes this training pathway. This proposal establishes connections with previous and concurrent learning spaces, as well as with the requirements of today’s labor market. Finally, the main strategies and teaching resources employed in the curricular development of “Computational Physics” are described, and its implementation, scope, and limitations are assessed based on the participants’ own accounts, through the analysis of various testimonies collected in due course.
